    Our products include various combinations of the following ingredients:

    Flours: rice flour, tapioca flour, potato starch, milled flax seed, quinoa flakes, rice bran

    Miscellaneous: egg, egg replacer, butter, sour cream, sugar, molasses, maple syrup, unsweetened cocoa, cocoa powder, brown sugar, honey, raisins, coconut, banana, pumpkin, zucchini, canola oil, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, sunflower seeds, baking powder, baking soda, xanthan gum, salt, sea salt, cream of tartar

    Spices: cinnamon, vanilla, anise extract, cloves, ginger, GF vanilla flavoring

    Semi-sweet chocolate chips: sugar, chocolate, cocoa butter, milkfat, soy lechin, vanillin-an artificial flavor, natural flavor

    Note: Our products include product lines for gluten-free OR vegan goodies. A few products are BOTH gluten-free AND vegan. Check descriptions for details.

    Is your kitchen certified for gluten-free use?
    Absolutely. Our kitchen is certifed by the Virginia State Department of Agriculture, which has responsibility for home-based businesses of this type.

    Only gluten-free and vegan products are produced in our facility. Nothing that contains gluten in any form is permitted in the facility.

    Do your products include any preservatives?
    Never. We are committed to natural, freshly-baked products. This also means that our products have a short shelf-life.
