 Yes. Pasqualina's Muffins, Bars and Chocolate Fudge Cookies are Vegan Friendly.

While the main reason for producing Pasqualina's products is to experience the fresh baked feeling, all of our products can be frozen for no more than 6 months. Cookies keep well if placed in a well sealed cookie tin.

The shelf life of our products vary. We do not use preservatives and recommend refrigerating or freezing to preserve the freshness for a longer period of time.

Our kitchen is certified by the Virginia State Department of Agriculture, which has responsibility for home-based businesses of this type.

Our products contain various combinations of rice flour, potato starch and tapioca flour and not all are necessarily in all the products. We use organic products when available. We use organic fruits,vegetables, nuts and seeds.
