Shipping Methods

We ship via United States Postal Service Priority Mail.  We do not ship outside the US at this time. Our products are shipped fresh.  Please allow 5-6 business days for arrival once order is placed.

Storage Recommendations

Pasqualina's Goodies are best stored in airtight tins for cookies.  Refrigerate brownies and muffins to preserve freshness.

Personal information collected on Pasqualinas.com will not be distributed, sold or used for any purpose other than for notifications about order status, customer service issues, or to notify you of specials.

Pasqualina's Gluten Free Goodies (GFG) will identify the reasons for collecting personal data during or before the time of data collection.  Personal information may be collected to review and adjudicate consumer complaints or questions, to qualify for promotions and/or sales, to signup for email newsletters, and to prove identity for orders.

An customer's consent will be obtained before or at the time of collection.  It must also be obtaiend when a new use for collected information is identified.  This consent may be explicit or implied, but consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Pasqualina's GFG.

Only the information that is necessary fpr the purposes identified will be collected and retained.  Nothing more and for no other purposes.

4. Limiting Use, Disclosure and Retention of Personal Data

The use and disclosure of personal data is limited to the purpose(s) for which it was collected and consent given.  The infromation will be retained only for as long as necesary for the identified purpose or as required by law.  The confidentiality of customer personal information is protected by encryption and strong passwords.

5. Access to Customer Information

Access is restricted to trusted agents of Pasqualina's GFG.  Customers may request access to their own information and may ask for clarification about how their personal information is used, disclosed, retained, stored and protected.  Contact Pasqualina's GFG for details (see above contact info).  Naturally, identification will be required before access can be granted.

6. Web Information

Web server statistics, consumer access tracking data, surveys, and registration information are used for internal purposes only and will not be made available to outside parties, except as required by law.

Cookies are required for the functioning of this site, but no cookie data is retained after sessions are terminated.  Only orders and registrations are retained.
