Snickerdoodles (Cinnamon Cookies) are a traditional Christmas cookie in North America. Our version of a snickerdoodle is a round butter cookie lightly dusted with cinnamon sugar.

Ingredients: rice flour, tapioca flour, sugar, Earth Balance expeller-pressed natural oil blend (palm fruit, canola, safflower and olive), eggs, rice milk, vanilla, cinnamon, baking soda, xanthan gum
