This unique Italian treat is my grandmother Nona's recipe. The Anise Biscotti have the right blend of non-gluten flours to keep the consistency of the treat. They are lightly-toasted and are perfect for a breakfast cookie to dunk in your favorite coffee or tea. (My dad starts his day with 2 of these goodies and a cup of coffee.) They are also a wonderful snack any time of day.
